RATES: $125 per clinical hour (45 minute session) or $150 for 60 minutes. I do reserve a sliding scale that we can discuss if there is a need.

I am in network with some insurance companies. 

You are responsible to verify that your insurance will cover my services. You are responsible to obtain pre-authorization if your insurance requires it.

 

Payment must be made at the beginning of each appointment, if cash client. There is a $35 fee for returned NSF checks.

All payments may be made by mutual consent, between counselor and client, prior to commencement of service.

If you would like to see me and have other insurance, you can pay cash and submit a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
